Katie has always loved music from an early age. She began playing piano at age 10 and at the age of 12 she started taking private voice lessons. Katie continued her education by becoming a vocal performance major in college. Her musical influences include her mother and several outstanding voice teachers from high school, college, and thereafter. Katie 's favorite thing about music is the ability to be creative and grow as a musician over time.
