Catherine began singing live at the age of 5. Over the years, she developed her skills further by playing the violin in middle school. She gained performance experience in the New Orleans area by playing at such venues as House of Blues, BMC, Vasos, Dragons Den, Festivals, movies and more and with acts such as singing,dancing, acting and more! Though Catherine can teach many different genres of music, her musical personal favorites are jazz, reggae, rnb which had great influence on her style of acting in roaring 20’s musicals, dancing with Casa Samba, and award winning rnb music.Catherine loves music because she grew up around musicians and loves teaching music because teaching is one of her passions.
