Claudette has always loved music from an early age. She began playing snare drum at the age of 13 and continued her education by being involved in band, orchestra, and jazz band in high school, marching band and percussion ensemble in undergrad, and grad school on a full band scholarship studying in Puerto Rico. Her musical influences include all things classical. Claudette 's favorite thing about music is volunteering with the many community ensembles here in the upstate and her favorite thing about teaching music is the progression of the student. One of her favorite teaching experiences was when a goal was accomplished and student had fun doing it. When taking lessons with Claudette you can expect high standards.
