What to expect in my Orchestral Lessons
Beginner - Intermediate - Advanced
I believe the fundamentals of music and good technique are an essential element of learning any instrument. While I emphasize each of these things in my lessons, I also think it is important to have fun. It is my goal to inspire a love for music through teaching these instruments. Each lesson will have a time dedicated to technique but I also enjoy learning fun pieces with my students.
Formal Education:
Bachelors in Music Performance from Pensacola Christian College Masters in Music Education from Pensacola Christian College
Performing Experience:
Completed a 45 minute senior violin recital and a 50 minute graduate violin recital. Performed in Panama City Symphony orchestra
Experience Teaching:
2 years experience teaching violin, viola, cello, and bass to fourth through eighth grade students at Pensacola Christian Academy
