A lifetime lover of all things musical, Paul began playing percussion at the age of 10. Over the years, he developed his skills further by learning new percussion instruments and using them in time together. He gained performance experience in the Central Maryland area by playing at such local venues as Bedrock, Fishhead Cantina, Sonor, and Thunderdome. Though Paul can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Carter Beauford from the Dave Matthews Band which had great influence on his style of playing. Paul loves drumming because it can be practiced anywhere and anytime, even with no sticks or instruments. He loves teaching music because his great strength is making progress fun.
