He gained performance experience in the Shenandoah Valley area by playing at such venues as lodges, bars, festivals and competitions Though James can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Blues, Country, Rock and Roll and Bluegrass which had great influence on his style of playing.James loves music because of f it’s freedom of expression and loves teaching music because We are always learning from each other and Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned professional, James can help you expand and enhance your playing.
