About Me
My name is Madeline, I have been playing violin for 15 years. My primary instrument is violin but I am proficient in piano and viola, as well as previous voice lessons. I spent my last 2 years at Cedarville University playing in the orchestra and offering lessons. I am currently in the LCCC civic orchestra, and I enjoy playing both viola and violin throughout the year there. I enjoy teaching children especially, but I have experience with adults as well. I was a preK teacher for two years and I love integrating music into the classroom. My approach to teaching music is a relaxed environment, as I want my students to learn to love the instrument like I have. I enjoy helping my students overcome pieces they haven’t had the confidence to play. My former teacher and current mentor is Janice Krueger, who taught me to play and teach.
