Devin began playing guitar at the age of 10. Over the years, he developed his skills further by taking lessons, creating bands, writing and performing. He gained performance experience in the CA bay area by playing at such venues as DNA Lounge, the Phoenix theater and many DIY venues. He has also played with acts such as Suffokate, I the Breather, winds of plague and Otep. Though Devin can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Heavy metal, which had great influence on his style of playing.Devin loves music because it is food for the soul, and it cures and loves teaching music because of the light people can shine on the world with their own music.
