Christopher began playing drums and guitar at the age of 10. Over the years, he developed his skills further by pursuing a Bachelors of Music Education at the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. He gained performance experience in the South Texas areas by playing hundreds of different shows and venues over the last 20 years and with acts such as Cody Jinks, Eli Young, Thrice, Static X, The Misfits, Prong and many many others. Though Christopher can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Pantera, Chris Stapelton, Earth Wind and Fire and Boston which had great influence on his style of playing. Chris loves music because his father who has since passed began teaching him how to play guitar and drums at a very young age and loves teaching music because he loves seeing the success of his students and being a part of their improvement.
