Stephen is a classically trained guitarist with over twelve years of performance and teaching experience. He has performed professionally in classical, jazz, rock, and blues settings, including years of live gigging and church performances. His training includes study under Jim Maguire, a Berklee College of Music graduate with a master’s degree in composition, providing a strong foundation in advanced theory and technique. As an instructor, Stephen has taught students of all levels and worked with high-level musicians, emphasizing technical mastery, music literacy, and stylistic versatility.
