My percussion journey started with a fisher price drum set in 2001 on my 2nd birthday. Both my parents and both grandads are musicians so you can say “ it was in my blood” to be a musician. Learning music theory and percussion knowledge started in elementary as I went To an arts based school. Middle school and high school band were my safe haven. I marched on the drumline in high school and college and was also involved in several other ensembles such as jazz, percussion, and symphonic. I’m proud to say I’ve sent over 30 kids to college with a full band scholarship under my teachings. Let’s work!!
