About Me

Hello, My name is Nicholas or Nick. I am currently completing a bachelor's in Music Education with an emphasis in voice at SIUE. I also spent some time pursuing a bachelor's degree in Music Therapy from Maryville University, where I music directed and arranged for their a cappella group. My experience as a performer is mostly rooted in musical theatre, but I also have years of experience singing in choirs, a cappella groups, and operas. These are my primary areas of knowledge, but I am confident in my ability to teach students with interest in almost any genre. When teaching private lessons, your goals are my goals. I want to give you the tools you need to achieve what you want to achieve. No two students will be the same, so we'll hit the ground running with a discussion about what our specific lessons will look like based on what you want to achieve.
