Hello, My name is Chris and I love drums and percussion! From a young age, I was encouraged to appreciate music. Percussive instruments always grabbed my attention. In addition to symphonic percussion, drumline and rudimental skills really sparked my interest. Eventually, I performed with and then taught some of the best drumlines in the world. As much as I loved that experience, working with young people in middle schools, high schools, Boys & Girls clubs, and university music programs has given me a lot of joy. The focus and feedback of percussion education has allowed me to develop as a person and I want to share that with new students!
