I have loved music all my life, and I want to pass on this love of music and learning to my students. I have lived in Chicago for most of my life. While growing up my home was always filled with the strains of Beethoven and Wagner all the way to the excitement of the Beatles and Rolling Stones.
Bruce C. has over 25+ years of music experience in the Chicago area.
Bruce C. is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons .Formal Education:
B.A. in Music, Elmhurst College. M.A. in Teaching, National-Louis University.
Private Education:
At the age of five I began studying guitar at the Imperial School of Music In Geneva, Illinois. Three years later I began studying piano at the same school. I continued my studies at Imperial until I began my college career.
Performing Experience:
I have performed in various ensembles/groups since I was fourteen. I've played in pop bands, rock groups, and wedding bands.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught private lessons in guitar and piano since I was eighteen. I also have over twenty years experience teaching music in public schools.
