About Me
Music is my life, and always has been. As a child I grew up in a church where every week I would tinker with the piano, or get up and sing in front of everyone. I finally was able to get lessons of my own, and they changed my life. The moment I knew I would be able to understand how music was played, I knew within in my heart that I would be a musician for life. Here I am 15 some odd years later and am still playing and writing music. Piano is by far my favorite instrument, and the ability to accompany myself while singing makes writing music that much easier and more fun. I have been teaching from my home for about 3 years now and love having the ability to share my passion with others. I am currently undergoing my Master's Degree in child psychology and specialize in working with children. Music always has been and always be the biggest influence in my my life. My goal is to share that influence with others, and help them fall for music the way that I did.

Rachel taught my daughter Julia Piano for a year and half, and my daughter could not have been more blessed to have had such a wonderful teacher. We were concerned at first because we weren't sure if music was the right program for Julia. As it turns out my daughter has moved up into intermediate lessons and is doing very well.
