Music has always been a guiding factor in my, life. I became active in church choirs at the age of 7 or 8. Shortly after that, I joined the Band at Marietta Middle School, where I became a percussionist, and I haven't looked back since.
In high school, I played in the Marietta High School Band, took private lessons for drum set and hand-drums, and played in a few bands with friends.
Since then, I have attended the Atlanta Institute of Music, where I learned from some of the top recording drummers in the world. Also, I have played in multiple bands/projects, including Time to Burn, and the newly formed Reverend Hylton & the Heads.
I have learned from great instructors and lots of time playing, and I am ready to pass on what I know.
Matt Hu- has over 13 years of music experience in the Dallas area.
