I'm from Brooklyn, New York. I started playing guitar when I was eleven and tenor saxophone when I was fifteen. I am currently a student at Loyola University New Orleans, and am pursuing a major in history and a minor in music. As a teacher I emphasize daily practice and self-discipline as an important means to improving. As a jazz musician I also focus a considerable amount of time on improvisation, however sight reading is very important to me as well.

Play guitar; lead vocalist; songwriter. Recorded and released CD Spring 2010. Performed at Circle Bar, Marlene’s bar, the Neutral Ground, Banks St. Bar, Tipitina’s, the Howlin’ Wolf, One Eyed Jack’s, Café Prytania, Crawfest and various house parties (all in New Orleans), Bogie's (Baton Rouge), Old Tavern (Jackson, Miss.), Agave (Austin, TX), Poor David's Pub (Dallas, TX).
