I'm thirty years old, and I've been playing the guitar since I was 12. My mother actually tried to find a place for me to take lessons when I was 8, but I was told I was to young. I know how to read music, and I also know how to read tablature. I do know the basics of music theory, and variations for major and minor voicings for chord triads. I also am comfortable with major modes, and the penatonic and blues scales. Aside from music, I also enjoy photography, video work, hiking, skateboarding, and spending time with my daughter and my wife.

I have an Associates of Arts in English from Gordon State College (it was just Gordon College at the time), and a Bachelors of Science in Mass Comunnications from the University of West Georgia.
Private Education:
I studied guitar theory under Mike Williamson here in Griffin.
Performing Experience:
I have played several shows with a band I was in named Return to Roots, but that was before I went to college.
Experience Teaching:
I taught my brother and several of my friends how to play the guitar growing up, they have all gone on to become amazing guitar players.
