Playing, composing, and teaching solo piano music is my main passion in life. I live to share my talents and knowledge with my community furthering my experience and learning of art. I have 15 years of experience playing and teaching piano and guitar in solo and group settings.
Tanner S has over 15 years of music experience in the Faribault area.
Tanner S is proficient in and teaches Guitar Lessons, Keyboard and Piano Lessons .Formal Education:
High school diploma from Artech in Northfield Minnesta, 2010.
Private Education:
I received a Bachelor's Degree in piano performane form McNally Smith College of Music in 2014. Took a piano technicians class teaching piano tuning, maintenance, and repair at Gavin School of Piano Technology 2016.
Performing Experience:
I have played in severel jazz and blues ensembles that toured the twin cities bars and festivals. I also play solo piano at restuarants and hotels.
Experience Teaching:
I have taught several people ages 8 to 30. I teach a structured course of technique, repertoire, composition, and improvisation that utilizes exposure to classical, jazz, and pop culture music as its foundation.

its hard to say enough words in regards to how amazing tanner is. Tanner first took piano lessons from me I think when he was 15. tanners passion for the piano blew me away. He has an incredible work ethic, likely inspired by his grandfather. when he was attending McNally he worked with my company for a bit and every minute I was proud of him. I don't think doing work was his thing but tanner really worked it. often faced with something challenging, his ability to troubleshoot the problem stood out the most. this kid is an asset to any team. his har work and dedication can overcome any of his short comings. he has an incredible knowledge of music and passion. wrote on Tue, 01 Nov 2016
