Hi, my name is Delia and I am new to the Atlanta music community and just started teaching music lessons recently. I would love to share my love of music with people here. I am a multi-instrumentalist and play primarily the Piano, Violin, and Clarinet, although I also have experience with the Saxophone, String Bass, Trumpet, Trombone, French Horn, Euphioum, Double Bell Euphioum, Baritone Horn, Drums, Guitar, and the Bassoon. I mostly teach Piano, Violin, and Clarinet. I started music as a seventh grader and immediately fell in love with it. My eighth grade teacher had a great influenced on me and was the one who taught me how to play many instruments. I am so grateful to have been his student. It is a dream come true for me to now teach others music. Music had made a huge impact in my life. I want to make music fun and a positive experience for others as it has been for me.

Delia C is proficient in and teaches Keyboard and Piano Lessons, Orchestral Lessons .Formal Education:
A.A. in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Merritt College, A.A. in Liberal Arts Studies, DeAnza College, Some formal music education at the University of the Pacific at the Conservatory of Music.

Performing Experience:
I am more a teacher than a performer. I was in the County Honor Band in CA from 1 on the Clarinet. I was also the 1st chair clarinetist for the CA All State Honor Band in 1996. I have won numous awards in serveral competitions in different instruments.
Experience Teaching:
I teach privately as well as group, and chamber music. I have also taught in bands and orchestras. I have taught a number of years with different students at different levels from beginners all the way to the advanced. Some of my students have participated in music competitions and have won.
