About Me
Hey Guys! Here’s my bio to give you an insight into my history.
As a kid my house was always filled with music. My parents would play tons of oldies like James Brown, The Beatles, and the Temptations. Finally, at 13 it was time to learn to learn how to play. The drums were an obvious choice because rhythm always got me moving. I started with private lessons and then went straight into performing for my local church. Once I got over performance anxiety, I actually started playing for some other churches too.
After gaining some experience, I started my own funk band and we performed around town. The band started to gain some traction, so we moved to Austin, TX to hit it big but shortly broke up after the move. I started another band and kept performing. At that time I also stated pursuing more private lessons and also started studying Music Theory at Austin Community College.
Most recently, I started a Music Youtube channel called CollabRadio. Every week we have a different artist and brand new song. We meet up with an artist for about 4-5hrs and record a whole new track including audio and video. The channel is on hiatus now, but there are plans to come back soon.
