I have known Phil for 4 years and through this time Phil has blown away the expectations that I have for my staff members of the Boyertown Area Senior High School Marching Unit. Phil’s responsibilities were to aid in instruction for over 95 students in both marching technique as well as musicianship. His dedication and work ethic have made a tremendous impact in the success of this program and the knowledge that the students have gained. Phil takes extra time to come in and help individual as well as small groups of students learn and succeed in whatever task lays before them. It is with this work ethic and drive that I have no doubt that whatever lies before him, he will succeed. His continued drive and love for whatever is before him is what separates him from other individuals.
