Conor J. Ap.

Conor has been a professionally-gigging drummer/percussionist for over ten years, playing shows from rock to jazz to world to classical. He currently plays in a Latin Jazz group called La Casita, a Rock cover band called Dance Party 4 U, and a Jazz Standards group called 5 Stories. His main interest lies in jazz and Latin jazz and subs in other groups of that nature.He also teaches beginning and intermediate piano lessons. Conor offers a varied curriculum that starts from technique and finger building, ear training (learning your favorite tune), reading and rhythms. His main experience is with K-5, but also currently teaches adults and young adults. When not out playing a gig, Conor can be found convening with nature i.e. hiking/ skiing, reading or cooking.
