Elijah began playing piano at the age of 5. Over the years, he developed his skills further by getting into every musical group he could and eventually attending college at wright state university. He gained performance experience in the Cincinnati area by playing at such venues as The Redmoor, Belterra raceway, and various festivals in Cincinnati and with acts such as The GrooveMasters and Turned up Band Though Elijah can teach many different genres of music, his musical personal favorites are Jazz and Rhythm and Blues which had great influence on his style of playing. Elijah loves music because it makes him feel free and unburdened by the stresses of life, and loves teaching music because he wants to share that gift with as many people as he can.
