Joseph is a native Texan and a published singer-songwriter/guitarist ("Letters in a Hotel Room" released 2020). His love for music was found when he was growing up. At the age of 13, Joseph picked up a guitar and he hasn't been able to put it down yet. Aside from music- in his free time, Joseph also cherishes spending time with his family, friends, and his two cats. With a proven track record in customer service, support, and management, in both the startup and corporate worlds alike, Joseph is focused on providing quality service to instructors all around the nation.
